To join us on the Retreat to Peru:

Here are your next steps-

First choose your room type: double or single occupancy accommodation.

Place the non-refundable deposit of $2000 USD,

or make a full payment ($5997 USD for Double, or $6597 USD for Single) at the time of booking.

If you choose two-pay the remaining balance is due in full on April 20th, 2023:

1. For the single occupancy accommodation: $3997 USD

2. For the double occupancy accommodation: $4597 USD

If I cannot match you with a roommate, I will switch you to a single occupancy room. However if you sign up early , you will most likely get your choice.

COVID Information

Your safety is the MOST important part of this journey.

To keep everyone healthy, we require proof of vaccination to request a roommate in a double occupancy room. If you are not vaccinated, please make sure you choose a single occupancy room- unless of course, you're coming with a friend and you're both okay with rooming together. We'll also be bringing masks with us so you have an extra one in case you lose yours. We must respect any rules and laws that Peru has in place to keep their country safe. What's included:

COACHING PACKAGE:

◾️Total of 12 hours group coaching sessions conducted by Jola Pypno-Crapanzano during the trip

◾️Additionally, 1-hour private coaching session after the retreat delivered via zoom

LOCAL GUIDE:

◾️The local guides (Spanish & English speaking) will accompany the group during all tours to the attractions mentioned in the itinerary. In different places (cities) there will be different tour guides.

MEALS:

◾️Breakfast: 8x (no breakfast included the first day after arrival to Cusco)

◾️Lunch: 3x

◾️Dinner: 4x

TRANSPORT:

◾️Private transport to all attractions indicated in the Itinerary

◾️Airport transfers in Lima and in Cusco

ACCOMMODATION:

The accommodation: 3 stars hotels (Peruvian standard), double rooms.
There is an extra charge for a single room - $590 USD (not included)

What's NOT-included:

GENERAL:

◾️MANDATORY Travel insurance -covering accidents during the trip, chronic diseases, lost luggage, resignation/ trip cancelation, any problems/ difficulties related to COVID 19, as well as the high altitude risks up to 5000 m above sea level.

◾️Expenses of a personal nature: drinks, snacks, phone calls, tips etc.

◾️Meals not specified in the "Included in the price" section

◾️Anything not indicated in the "Included in the price" section

TRANSPORTATION:

◾️International flights from and to Peru

◾️Transport to attractions not specified in the itinerary

EXTREME SPORT/HIGH RISK ACTIVITIES

◾️Flight over Nazca Dessert/alternate activity in Nazca

◾️Buggy rides on the dunes

ACCOMODATION

◾️Surcharge of $590 USD for a single room

Our Cancellation

Policy:

Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $2000 USD deposit or part of a full payment. Any cancellation made between March 20th, 2023 and April 20th, 2023 will result in a loss of a 50% the trip price minus $2000 deposit. Any cancellation made between April 20th, 2023 and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so, your deposit is refunded in full). Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. you can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance and choose from several policy options.
